1. Network Management
Lower IT staff needs and reduce monthly equipment contracts. Our network hardware is built around the philosophy of extreme adaptability and very simply maintenance and configurations. No hardware subscriptions and we custom deploy a network management interface that allows not only status markers but real-time control…all remotely configurable by your IT admins even on their smartphone.
2. Security Solutions
We deploy stand-alone Door Access and CCTV systems, OR….we custom program to natively integrate with your network management interface to allow one-portal access; reducing complexity, cost, staff needs and lowering potential points of failure. Security gates/exterior doors/interior office room access for entry/exit with remote monitoring and unlocking from anywhere in the world. Our CCTV systems are dynamically upgradable and offer dead-simple local (or remote) video feed access and timeline scrubbing.
3. Phone Setup And Installation
While we upgrade/install your network, we can save costs by simultaneously wiring and programming your office phone system. We are happy to use any hardware platform you desire to create the best phone system and IVF menu configurations to aid your business. OR LEVEL UP! —> Our preferred phone systems can integrate with our Security Solutions to provide not only door access intercom capabilities, but touch screen remote unlocking and even camera feed monitoring straight from your desk phone screen.

FreeForm’s own roots began in the non-profit world…so we know all too well of that tight budget or maybe those several employees each doing four different jobs secretly dreading that their entire “training” experience was figuring it out in the fire! We are truly committed to helping local non-profits and want to—for free!—come in and take a look at your computer systems and offer training to those employees in charge of managing your network or IT needs; or likewise train any staff who needs help accessing their workstation systems.
